Through the site, INBYTEE, LLC provides a platform on which to create, customize, personalize, send, distribute, and receive digital invitations and cards.

THIRD PARTY PROCESSORS

We may employ third parties outside of InBytee in order to process your order, and to whom you may be required to provide your name, address, and other personal information, such as your e-mail address, telephone number, and payment account details. For example, to validate and charge your debit card or credit card (“payment method”), we use a third-party payment processing company, Stripe, Inc.. Although users can submit payment method information to pay for an order through InBytee, we do not receive this information ourselves nor do we store it in our servers. Payment method information is transmitted directly to Stripe, through Secure Socket Layer (SSL) and/or Transport Layer Security (TLS) encryption technology, an industry-standard Internet connection utilized for sensitive data. Stripe then communicates to InBytee whether your payment has cleared, but does not provide payment account information to InBytee. Stripe's privacy policy is available here.

INFORMATION RETENTION

InBytee will retain your information until your account with us is terminated, or until you withdraw your consent (where applicable), or for as long as is necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected as described in this Policy. Following termination of your account, we may retain and use your information as necessary for archival, or audit purposes or to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. If required by law, we will delete Personal Information by erasing it from our database.

SECURITY

We take your privacy and the security of your personal information seriously. The InBytee Site and Service is not intended for individuals under the age of thirteen (13). InBytee does not knowingly collect or solicit personal information from anyone under the age of 13.
